I started looking into the diets that were out there. I was researching diets that were low-fat, calories in calories out and high-protein diets – only to be confused.

While researching, I came across many lies and myths we have been told for years.
Then, I discovered something I thought would work…
I found the hidden, little known secret, with a weird name called the KETO DIET.
The reason this diet is called “ketogenic” is because it allows the body to shift its fuel source from carbohydrates (bad) to FAT (good) and, in so doing, creates ketone bodies (Ketosis).

The Science

Ketosis is the NATURAL Process by which the body’s mitochondria changes from burning sugar or carbohydrates for energy to burning fat for energy.

This fat comes not only from your diet, but your own fat storage – belly fat, waist, hips, etc.
